GM The Drive

GM The Drive Performance Park is a newly opened "autotainment" test drive performance park that offers visitors the opportunity to test drive GM vehicles on a sports track, SUV track or Hummer all terrain course.

Drivers can choose to try out a Chevy Corvette, Chevrolet SSR, Cadillac CTS-V, Pontiac GTO, Saab 9-3 Convertible, Chevrolet Silverado Duramax Diesel, Cadillac Escalade, HUMMER H2, HUMMER H3, Chevy Tahoe or a GMC Yukon.

After selecting your vehicle of choice drivers can navigate a 1/2 mile performance track that gives you the chance to open her up and see whats cooking. Drivers can also choose to take the SUV class vehicles out for a spin over a rough obstacle course of bumps, steps and obstacles. The Hummer course even has a 60 percent grade that the Hummer handles valiantly.

Tickets for GM The Drive cost $10 and are good for two test runs, which you can use on any course you want. The course is located at the Sahara Hotel at the corner of Paradise Road and Sahara Avenue. Hours of operation are 10 a.m - 5:30 p.m. If you would like reservations call: (800) 851-1471.
